- 2022-2023 Team Bank Accout Letter to open Team Bank Account - signed letters can be obtained by writing directly to the Whalers Secretary at secretary@whalers.org. Teams are asked to ensure that bank accounts are opened in the exact name noted on the letter. In addition, bank accounts should be closed each year by the end of April. In the past, teams have not be able to open an account for a team that has not closed its account the previous year so we ask that teams be diligent about dispersing all funds by the end of April and closing their account.
