AGM Virtual Voting

Our AGM is one week away! 
 
The agenda for the AGM will be sent out in the next couple of days. If you are not able to attend the AGM in person or would prefer to attend virtually, you have that option. To attend virtually, you MUST fill out the form below by 12:00 PM on Sunday June 9, 2024. If your name isn't registered as a virtual attendee, you will not be able to attend or vote virtually. All fields must be completed and accurate and will be verified by the registrar to ensure each member is in good standing and paid in full for the 2023-2024 season.
